Alicia Eccleston and Bachittar Singh have spent their Summer undertaking a residency at Leeds Print Workshop as part of the Graduate Award in Printmaking. As recent graduates from the Fine Art and Art and Design courses at the University of Leeds, they have used the project space and print workshop to explore their practices, experiment and develop their technical skills in printmaking.
The graduate residents would like to share their work and experience of the residency in an open exhibition at Leeds Print Workshop from 20-29 September, 10:30am – 4:30pm.
‘Thinking through making, making through thinking’ not only exhibits Alicia’s and Bach’s work from the residency, it also celebrates their diverse methods of making and approaches to printing, ultimately culminating in an interesting range of printmaking and ideas.
There will be an exhibition preview evening on 20th September, drinks and nibbles will be provided and everyone is welcome so please come and join us!
